Step-by-Step Guide:
- Go to: https://studio.mahfil.net/support
- Log in with your Publisher credentials (Email & Passward)
- Scroll down and find the Support Form
You’ll see fields to fill:
- Name
- Subject (What is the issue or topic?)
- Message (Clearly describe your issue, question, or feedback)
Once filled, click “Send” — and our support team will follow up shortly.
Option 2: Submit from the Mahfil Mobile App
Using the app? No problem.
- Open the Mahfil app
- Tap your profile logo (below right)
- Select “Support” from the dropdown
- Fill in the same support form as described above (Name, Email, Subject & Message)
- Tap Send
It’s fast, simple, and works just like the web version.
